Our Offerings
Three offerings, one clear purpose — better stakeholder engagement
Each offering is designed around a specific stage of readiness. Start where you are.

How we approach each engagement
All Foxglen offerings follow the same underlying approach: we start by understanding where you actually are, not where you'd like to be. That means looking at your existing stakeholder relationships with some honesty — what's working, what's unclear, and what's been allowed to lapse.
From that baseline, we work with your team to shape an approach that is proportionate to your situation. We don't advocate for maximum engagement across all stakeholder groups. Some relationships warrant frequent, structured contact; others need occasional acknowledgement; some are best handled by being clear about what you cannot offer.
Where appropriate, we then help you build systems — simple ones — that your team can operate without ongoing external support. The goal is never dependency on advisory services. It's a practice your organisation owns.
What makes our approach distinctive
- Assessment before prescription — we don't arrive with a pre-formed plan
- Proportionate recommendations, not maximum-engagement defaults
- Tools built for your team's capacity, not for ideal conditions
- Written outputs at every stage
